HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE GREGORIAN HOTEL?
What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time starts at 4 p.m. and continues until midnight. If you anticipate arriving after midnight, please inform the hotel in advance.

Checkout is at 11 a.m., but late checkouts may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is 48 hours. However, cancellation and deposit policies vary by reservation type.

Cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival are charged one night plus tax.

What is included in the Destination fee?

To ensure you have access to the best amenities and services during your time with us, guests are required to pay a daily destination fee of $38++. Our destination fee covers a variety of amenities and services designed to elevate your experience, including:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the property, so you can stay connected during your stay
  • Access to our state-of-the-art fitness center, equipped with the latest equipment, including a Peloton bike
  • Two bottles of water that are refreshed daily 
  • Ability to pair your phone to the TV for seamless entertainment access 
  • One free movie to rent per stay
  • Climate control ability
  • Complimentary storage for one box delivered to the hotel upon request
What is the minimum age to book a reservation?

You must be 21 years or older to be able to check in to the hotel. Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check-in with a parent or official guardian. A valid picture ID and method of payment are required. 

If I booked on a third-party website and require a change to my reservation?

If you require any changes to your booking, such as modifications to dates or room type, we kindly ask that you contact the third party directly. They will be able to assist you with any adjustments to your reservation.

Can I have items delivered to the hotel, and what is the cost?

Items shipped to the Hotel should be addressed: Attention – Operations Manager, The Gregorian Hotel, 42 W 35TH Street, New York, New York 10001 including the registered guest’s name. The Gregorian Hotel is not responsible for damages or loss of items delivered to the Hotel prior to arrival, or of any items or packages left on property after departure. Upon request, items left on premises after departure will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Package Storage

One box is included as part of the Destination fee. After that the fees are as follows;

-$10.00 per box under 12lbs

-$25.00 per box for 13lbs - 25lbs.

-$38.00 per box over 25lbs.

Is there a fitness center?

Yes.

How can I make a group reservation?

Does the hotel allow smoking?

Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana are strictly prohibited within the hotel. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited. A non-refundable $500 smoking fee will apply should a smoking event occur inside the hotel guestroom or anywhere else inside of the hotel.

Are pets allowed? If so, what are the pet policies and fees?

Service pets are free of charge. Pets weighing over 50 lbs. are not allowed on the property. The pet owner must be aware of the $100 non-refundable fee ($114.75 with taxes) per pet for allowing the pet onto the property, as well as other fees that may apply in the event of damage (maximum two pets per room).
